Description
Passengers on the Wind (Les Passagers du Vent) is a previously unreleased Apple IIGS game from 1986. Originally developed by Infogrames, it is an interactive novel based on the graphic novels by François Bourgeon.
In 2021, Brutal Deluxe took this unfinished game, rewrote the software, and introduced a few enhancements: they applied the graphics from the Amiga version, added new theme music, and introduced multilingual support (English, French, German, Dutch, and Spanish) and the ability to save and load game progress.
A 3.5″ floppy of this game was included in Juiced.GS Volume 26, Issue 4 (December 2021), which featured a cover story by Antoine Vignau and Olivier Zardini about Passengers on the Wind. This same game is also available in this free download of a ZIPped Universal Disk Image (2mg) that mounts in emulators as a non-bootable ProDOS 3.5″ 800K disk.
